
Looking to take your yoga practice off the mat and applying it into your life? The Mindful Living course will take your personal practice to the next level, giving you a better idea of just how yoga brings change into your everyday living.
In this 20 hours, we will be covering Lifestyles & Ethics, Meditation, Asana, Mindful Eating, Overview of Yoga, and the beginning of The Yoga Sutras.
If you decide you would like to take it further, the Mindful Living course is part of Yoga Teacher's Training, and can be applied to this year's program.
Sunday, January 8th & 15th, 2012 from 10:00 a.m - 5:30 p.m.

Thursday, January 12th & 19th, 2012 from 6:30 p,m, - 9:30 p.m.
